• Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee relations issues

• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
