Description:
The Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and business needs.
- Providing strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Analyzing workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and planning.
- Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.
- Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Providing coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Identifying training and development needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring HR practices are consistent with company values, culture, and ethical standards.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring HR practices remain compliant.
- Overseeing HR administrative functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Managing HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Handling sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, with proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must have experience working in IT field.
