Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated HR & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who has a strong background in Human Resources and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting and recruiting top talent, promoting our brand on LinkedIn and other platforms, and managing key projects while ensuring alignment with company goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead efforts in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting talented individuals across various roles. Build relationships with potential candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Company Promotion: Promote our brand on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to attract talent and increase brand visibility.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while coordinating with team members and senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Training: Devise Plans to train and grow the abilities of current employees.
  • Digital Marketing Insights: Possess a keen eye for visual and graphical content and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • HR Management: Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
  • Coordination with Leadership: Regularly communicate and coordinate with company executives to align project goals and human resources efforts with the overall company strategy.
  • Policy Making: Create policies for Employees to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Recreation: Create programs for team's recreation.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in Human Resources and project management roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, particularly in graphics and brand promotion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience in recruiting across various platforms, especially LinkedIn.
