• Talent hunt for Sales and Senior Sales staff within the real estate industry.
• Assess and identify training needs, implement, and monitor effective training programs for employees.
• Post job ads for various roles across multiple platforms to support the recruitment process.
• Utilize prior experience in talent hunting specifically within the real estate sector to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, especially in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
