Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the recruitment process for technical positions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive orientation plans for new employees, facilitating a smooth integration into the company.
  • Manage employee data, including contract creation and updates, as well as overseeing hiring and termination processes.
  • Administer payroll functions, including salary calculations, advance payments, loan disbursements, and monthly salary increments.
  • Design and manage employee retention strategies and benefits programs to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Oversee attendance and leave records through the HR portal, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage HR-related projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Make informed decisions on HR matters and manage employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and promote a positive organizational image.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize HR operations and efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO, supporting various organizational initiatives as needed.
