Snexus is seeking dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager who would like to be a part of a growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive working environment through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and mediation.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Performance Management:
- Design KPIs for each department, Oversee the performance appraisal system, ensuring it drives high performance.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance.
- Develop and monitor employee performance metrics, performance evaluation and employee appraisals.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and create or coordinate development programs.
- Lead initiatives for employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation plans, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
- Ensure the company’s benefits programs are competitive and meet employee needs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures and execute policies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Organizational Development:
- Support the company’s vision and mission through strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead culture-building efforts, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Work closely with management to align HR practices with business goals.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Oversee employee attendance, track and analyze HR metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
- Use data to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM OR CHRP) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information, grievances, and conflicts with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and MS Office.
