Description:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Stratesfy’s work culture, leading HR initiatives, and managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about people and committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with Stratesfy's vision and values.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, career development, and training initiatives to help our team members grow and succeed.
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support business goals and enhance the employee experience.
- Compliance: Ensure that Stratesfy is compliant with all employment laws and regulations, handling any legal issues or disputes that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
