Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic, intelligent HR Manager to lead our HR operations. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, HR policy-making, employee evaluation, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
- Implementation of HR management Software.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving, employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to support career growth and advancement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure all HR practices are consistent with company values and culture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 6+ years of experience in HR management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HR software and systems Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
