Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that we have an effective, motivated, and thriving workforce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their needs are met.

Performance Management:

Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.

Implement programs to enhance employee performance and development.

Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

Handle sensitive employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee salary structure and manage compensation packages.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive.

Conduct regular salary reviews and make recommendations for adjustments.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Support career development initiatives for employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and initiatives.

Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Strategic Planning:

Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Develop and implement HR strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 Years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
