Requirements:

• Master's degree in HR management or related field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
