Human Resources Manager

Description:

This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Backhaul Dispatchers. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment and hiring, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will also oversee HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, and provide HR support and guidance to employees.
