Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Craigslist.
- Creative Sourcing: Harness your creative thinking to source exceptional talent through non-traditional methods and unconventional platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
- Employer Branding: Develop and maintain our employer brand, ensuring it resonates with potential candidates.
HR Management:
- Team Structure: Understand our unique team structure and design HR policies and processes to accommodate this.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handling employee issues, grievances, and supporting employee engagement.
- Training and Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our unconventional team structure.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health, retirement, and other perks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Craigslist.
