Description:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. You typically get assignments in recruiting, training, relocation, employee services, and benefits administration to develop your expertise in the different HR processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Manage internal recruitment process including interviewing, negotiating with candidates, and onboarding.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in HR or a related subject.
Experienced Professional having 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
Exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills with expertise in HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
