Code Analytics is looking for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational functions, gaining valuable experience in HR practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Learn about compliance requirements and assist in ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files.
- Research HR trends and suggest innovative ways to improve processes.
- Collaborate with the team to support performance reviews and feedback processes.
- Provide general assistance to the HR team while gaining hands-on experience in HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA/ BBA in HR / Business Administration) in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
