MKTechnoTrons is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role, offering hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. As an HR Intern, you will assist in managing HR tasks, implementing policies, and supporting HR management to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Recruitment Support:
✔ Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
✔ Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
✔ Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
✔ Maintain recruitment databases and track applicant status.

📌 Onboarding:
✔ Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
✔ Prepare onboarding documents and ensure a smooth orientation process.

📌 Employee Engagement:
✔ Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
✔ Support initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

📌 HR Administration:
✔ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
✔ Assist with payroll and attendance tracking.
✔ Handle confidential information with discretion.

📌 Training & Development:
✔ Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
✔ Track employee training progress and maintain records.

📌 Compliance:
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✔ Help prepare reports and audits as required.

Qualifications:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
✔ Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
✔ Female candidates preferred (as per company policy or project requirements).
