Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee records and documentation
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Learn and use HR software for managing employee data

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing/recent graduate in HR, Business, or related fields
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information
