Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at UnitFactor in Lahore. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policy development, employee benefits administration, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Personnel Management expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
- You will assist the HR team with recruitment tasks which include but are not limited to shortlisting & sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- You will assist with candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and smooth information flow.
- You will maintain candidate records in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or platforms like Google Sheets and Trello, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- You will participate in recruitment events and job fairs, providing support as needed.
- You will learn about market trends and best practices to help improve sourcing and recruitment efforts.
- You will assist with general HR administration, including maintaining employee records, managing filing systems, and updating employee information in various platforms as and when needed.
- You will assist with day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- You will help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities to support a positive work environment.
