Description:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Help organize employee training and development initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function
