Human Resources Intern
Description:
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Aid in HR administration tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
- Contribute to employee training initiatives and HR projects.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist with conflict resolution under supervision.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in HR management or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Prior HR experience or coursework is a plus.
