Human Resources Intern

 

Description:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and maintain employee records.
  • Aid in HR administration tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Contribute to employee training initiatives and HR projects.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with conflict resolution under supervision.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in HR management or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Prior HR experience or coursework is a plus.
