Key Responsibilities:
Digitalization of HR Database:
- Work closely with the HR team to digitize and streamline HR records and data.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital HR solutions.
Pilot Testing of HRIS:
- Support in the pilot testing of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting system issues.
Database Maintenance and Follow-ups:
- Assist in updating and maintaining the HR Database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Employee Engagement Surveys:
- Support in the creation and distribution of employee engagement surveys.
- Assist in analyzing survey results and preparing insightful reports.
Training Organization and Feedback:
- Collaborate in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Gather post-training feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
Learning & Development:
- Support in organizing training programs, crafting engaging materials, and collecting post-training feedback.
Stay Informed:
- Keep abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices related to technology and data-driven HR.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of data management and information systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
