Responsibilities
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to position our company as an attractive employer in the industry.
- Profession And Social Media: Handle our LinkedIn, social media on Twitter, and Instagram. Ensure consistent engaging content on our work culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
- Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the HR team to create compelling recruitment campaigns that showcase our company's unique selling points, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events to increase brand visibility and engage with potential candidates.
- Internal Communication: Develop and execute internal communication plans to keep current employees informed about company news, updates, and opportunities for growth.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations, to explore collaborative opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in HR marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate in HR, employer branding, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of professional and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret industry trends and practices.
