Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting on relevant platforms, and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Policy Development:
- Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and suggest improvements to existing policies.
- Operations Assistance:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Contribute to initiatives promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training and development needs.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
