As an HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions within our organization. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the HR Department of an IT Company or a background in IT.
- Experience with technical recruiting, including shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Participate in onboarding new employees, assisting with paperwork, and initial training.
- Aid in resolving basic employee queries and escalating issues to the General Manager/CEO.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help in organizing HR meetings, taking minutes, and distributing HR-related communications.
- Support various administrative tasks within the HR department.
