Human Resources Generalist

You will work closely with management to implement HR policies and procedures, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and support various HR initiatives. Responsibilities

1-Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.

2-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

3-Conduct new employee orientations and assist in onboarding activities, including paperwork and training.

4-Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.

5-Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.

6-Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

7-Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and employee status changes.

8-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

9-Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance appraisals.

Qualifications

1-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Masters in Human Resource will be a plus.

2-Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

3-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4-Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

5-Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

6-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

7-Experience in managing a team efficiently

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role or a related role in Software industry(Preference would be given to Software house experience)
