Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking HR Generalist with a keen understanding of job roles within the tech industry, including familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of practical experience in HR, specifically within a software house environment. This role demands proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently without extensive guidance. Additionally, a strong grasp of fundamental HR principles and practices is essential.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job roles, technical requirements, and hiring needs within AdTech industry.

-Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Proficiency in hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar is required.

-Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.

-Assist with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between employees and management.

-Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, leveraging knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline candidate sourcing and screening.

-Proficiency in documenting and maintaining records using tools like Google Sheets or similar platforms is essential.

-Handle HR functions related to employee relations, terminations, and compliance within the dynamic landscape of the tech industry.

-Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and smart-working approaches to address HR challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

-1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably within the technology or advertising industry or in any software house.

-Proficiency in documenting and maintaining records using tools like Google Sheets or similar platforms is essential.

-Strong understanding of job roles and technical requirements within the tech sector, including familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools.
