This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Digious Corp., located in Karachi Division. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing general HR management. Additionally, they will handle daily HR tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

• Organizing Documentation.
• Experience in maintaining Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
