Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment & Onboarding:

 

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

 

Develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance:

 

Maintain employee records, contracts, and policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Performance Management & Training:

 

Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems.

Support learning and development programs.

What We’re Looking For:

 

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

 

Experience:

At least 2 years of professional experience in an HR role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.

 

Skills:

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
