We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for staff, addressing inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
- Policy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, handle payroll queries in collaboration with the finance team, and oversee benefits administration.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, arrange and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 months of experience in HR or a related role entry-level candidates with strong HR internships or relevant coursework will also be considered).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
