Human Resources Executive

 

Description:

TCL Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR executive for Pakistan Operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance, and promoting effective communication within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contract
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
  • Publish and remove job ads.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
  • Develop training and onboarding material.
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
  • Maintain administrative documents such agreements etc.
  • Guest travel related task management
  • Performance appraisal and KPI meetings

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' Work experience as an HR & Admin officer or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in human resource is preferred exceptional case other specialization will be considered with background experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role
  • Mandatory requirement Microsoft 360 operating skills
