Description:
TCL Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR executive for Pakistan Operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance, and promoting effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contract
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Publish and remove job ads.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
- Develop training and onboarding material.
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Maintain administrative documents such agreements etc.
- Guest travel related task management
- Performance appraisal and KPI meetings
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 2 years' Work experience as an HR & Admin officer or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in human resource is preferred exceptional case other specialization will be considered with background experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role
