Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Conduct a detailed analysis of HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in develop and maintain a succession planning framework, ensuring a pipeline of talent to meet future leadership needs.
Monitor and assess the progress of succession planning efforts, making necessary adjustments to the plan.
