Human Resources Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Saleem Memorial Hospital in Lahore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, HR documentation and filling, and recruitment.



Qualifications



Compulsory Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.

1-2 years of Experience in Human Resource department.



Requirements



Strong experience in HR Management, and HR Operations.

Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

HR documentation, maintaining and responsible for Personal Files.

Recruitment and Scheduling of Interviews and maintaining data.

Excellent employee relations skills and experience in handling employee grievances.

Microsoft Excel good command is must.

Ability to conduct HR analysis and make strategic HR decisions.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Experience working in a healthcare setting will be considered an asset.
