Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our HR strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring our HR practices are in line with company goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Address employee queries and resolve issues related to workplace policies, performance, and conflict resolution.
Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development and training programs.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and growth initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Proven experience (3 years) in an HR role with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
