Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Karachi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR management, HR operations, and HR policies
• Experience in employee relations and handling HR-related issues
• Excellent understanding of human resources functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• 1 or more years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
