Human Resources Executive

Description:

We're seeking an HR Executive to oversee HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
