Description:
As a Human Resources Executive you will support day-to-day HR operations activities and act as an initial point of contact to perform any task or resolve any issue.
Responsibility:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Ensuring completion of official documentation of new and existing members. Regular document audit.
- Suggesting any recommendation to the leadership after investigating compliance cases
- Coming up with insights to identify and address retention, turnover, and other related challenges.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
- Handle employees’ queries about HR regulations and benefits.
- Conduct orientation training to inform new hires about company policies and procedures.
- Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Human Resources.
- Able to work independently.
- Should be tech-savvy.
