Human Resources Executive

 

Description:

As a Human Resources Executive you will support day-to-day HR operations activities and act as an initial point of contact to perform any task or resolve any issue.

 

 

Responsibility:

 

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring completion of official documentation of new and existing members. Regular document audit.
  • Suggesting any recommendation to the leadership after investigating compliance cases
  • Coming up with insights to identify and address retention, turnover, and other related challenges.
  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
  • Handle employees’ queries about HR regulations and benefits.
  • Conduct orientation training to inform new hires about company policies and procedures.
  • Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Human Resources.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Should be tech-savvy.
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written.
  • Able to establish and maintain congenial work relationships with team members in course of work.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Decision making and judgment skills.
  • Conflict management skills.
