Human Resources Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Faisalabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, employee relations, HR policies and human resources. Other day-to-day tasks associated with the role will include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate HR records, providing training, and support in handling of employee grievances among other responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. Master's degree preferred
• Previous experience is a plus
