Description:
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated HR Executive to lead and support our day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring process, scheduling employee orientation, training, entering, and managing a high volume of employee records in our database. This is an on-site role and preference will be given to candidates in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. If this role requires travel outside of your home city, accommodations and reimbursement will be provided accordingly.
Essential Functions:
- Posting new positions, receiving & screening resumes, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, and preparing assessment reports for management;
- Use social media, referrals, networking, and job boards to source candidates. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and universities to source fresh graduates;
- Develop job descriptions for new positions and take efforts to ensure alignment with diversity;
- Work with management to establish selection criteria as per the position requirements;
- Liaise with the management for interview times and issue interviews for short-listed candidates;
- Maintain, track and update database of resumes for future needs;
- Respond to all communication in a timely manner;
- Assist in preparing policies and procedures for HR department, administer training programs, and maintain and update training records.
- Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status changes, and similar records in database;
- Maintain attendance and leave records for pay and benefit calculations. Process vacation and sick leave requests;
- Arrange and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
Qualifications:
- Must have a university degree or college diploma in Human Resource. Relevant designations are considered as an asset;
- Minimum of five year's experience working in HR environment;
- Recruiting/HR experience is a must;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all HR related data;
- Must be a good team player, proactive, and possess a positive attitude;
- Result-focused, strong people management skills, communication skills, and presentation skills;
- Strong organizational, solid judgmental and time management skills required;
- Must possess critical thinking skills to analyze, process, and identify trends in a large set of Human Resource related data;
- Motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work a flexible work schedule as per business needs;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and creating HR dashboard.
