Human Resources Executive

Description:

The ideal candidate should be energetic and self-motivated and will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the talent acquisition process from job advertisement to employee onboarding.
• Ensure the organizational data is up to date.
• Maintaining and regularly updating the database of each employee.
• Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, payroll, and new joiners.
• promptly respond to employee queries regardless the query is received via email or in person.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent skills in MS Excel.

People-oriented.

Ability to work independently.
