Description:
As an HR Business Partner, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You will assist in implementing HR initiatives, act as the primary HR contact for employee queries, and provide ongoing support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive work environment.
What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing them with necessary training and resources.
- Support HR Business Partners by coordinating employee performance reviews, training sessions, and development plans.
- Handle employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and HR policies, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
- Assist with organizing and implementing HR initiatives such as engagement programs, wellness activities, and monthly theme days.
- Monitor and manage HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and employee handbooks to ensure all are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Work with the HR team to provide support during annual performance reviews and compensation planning cycles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes to ensure an optimal employee experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with managers and staff to help implement HR policies that enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive support.
- An understanding of HR best practices and a keen interest in improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
