Human Resources Associate

Description:

Design Centric, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking a part-time onsite HR Associate to join our team. This role primarily involves talent acquisition, focusing on finding the perfect fit for our company, while also encompassing various other HR responsibilities. The position requires a commitment of 3 to 4 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Focus on hiring technical staff, including Designers, Developers, and Animators.
• Manage the recruitment process for both full-time and freelance roles.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and defining the roles required within the company.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with management on employee relations and workplace policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the design and software industries.
• Previous experience in hiring technical staff, such as Designers, Developers, and Animators.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
