Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our HR department. The HR Associate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their HR skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the coordination and planning of company events and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Support performance management processes.
- Other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
