Human Resources Assistant

 

Description:

As an Assistant HR Operations professional, you'll be essential in bolstering our HR department. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and improving the efficiency of HR processes. You'll collaborate closely with HR managers and various teams to ensure that HR operations function smoothly and effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Supervise payroll processing and collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries related to benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters and act as a mediator for employee grievances.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations and enhancing employee satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge of HR operations or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
