Description:
As an HR Assistant, you will focus on managing and improving employee performance while also handling documentation and record-keeping tasks related to performance management.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management Systems: Developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance. This may involve setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Training & Development: You will design trainings & execute as well sometimes & arrange engagement activities for all staff.
- Performance Evaluation: Designing and administering performance evaluation processes, such as performance appraisals or 360-degree feedback assessments. You would analyze the results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Promoting a culture of employee engagement and motivation by implementing initiatives such as recognition programs, rewards systems, or employee surveys. You would monitor employee satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to performance management. You would review and update policies, SOP's as needed and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Performance Record: Keeping track of performance-related metrics and data via Asana & KPI system. Organizing and securely storing performance-related documents in accordance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Reports Making: Generating several reports and summaries to communicate performance-related information to managers, executives, or HR team.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's/masters degree in human resources,
a related field is typically required.
Must have experience in Training/ performance management & Recruitment.
