Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with fresh to one year of experience in HR-related roles to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assist with candidate screening, and maintain recruitment records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
- Fresh to one year of experience in HR-related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is desirable.
