Lucrum X is seeking a dedicated HR & Administrative Officer to join our team. This onsite role is ideal for a dynamic professional with 2 years of experience in HR and administration within the IT/software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
Implement company policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Support workforce development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Liaise with internal departments to streamline HR and administrative functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR & administrative experience in the IT/software industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
