As a Human Resource Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their requirements and find the best talent to support our companys growth and success. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for connecting with talented individuals.

 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to determine their fit for specific job roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
