Leos UK is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping HR policies, fostering a strong company culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, talent management strategies, and workforce planning.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead talent acquisition, hiring strategies, and onboarding programs to build a high-performing workforce.
Performance Management: Oversee employee performance reviews, career development programs, and succession planning.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and organizational culture.
Compliance & Legal Regulations: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures, rewards, and benefits programs.
Organizational Development: Provide HR leadership for organizational change management, business expansion, and workforce restructuring.
HR Systems & Process Optimization: Improve HR processes, systems, and technology adoption for efficiency.

Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
📈 Experience: Minimum 7+ years in HR leadership roles.
📜 HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
💡 Talent Management: Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
🛠️ HR Systems & Processes: Experience in HR system implementation and process optimization.
🤝 Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
🏅 Certifications (Preferred): SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI certification is a plus.
