Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong leadership, strategic HR planning, and a deep understanding of hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention to attract top talent.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Lead employee relations, training, and development programs.
  • Serve as an HR advisor to senior management on workforce planning and policy implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Expertise in provincial & federal labor laws related to employment conditions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
