Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
