Description:
Codora is looking to hire an experienced HR manager to join its Islamabad office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role involves developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives that best support Codora’s overall business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role and the desired candidate profile
· Preparing job descriptions and advertising vacant positions
· Manage the recruitment and selection process (including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, reference checks, & and onboarding)
New Hire Onboarding
· Administer employee onboarding to ensure new hires have the necessary information
Documentation
· Prepare employee contracts and update the internal database as needed.
Set up and maintain reference files/records.
· Maintain employee records in digital format.
HR operations
· Manage payroll activities, including salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and other benefits
· Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems
· Providing counselling on policies and procedures to managers
· Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation
People Management
· Build strong relationships with managers and their teams, and serve as the primary point of contact on all people matters
· Resolve employee relations issues, support and advise managers on HR-related matters and policies
Other tasks
· Actively take part in career fairs and other employer branding initiatives in order to attract, engage, and hire top talent
· Play a central role in local talent attraction and employer branding initiatives, such as participating in HR-related awards and conferences
· To design and implement employee engagement initiatives
· Contributes to the development and maintenance of an organizational culture that values a diverse and inclusive work environment
· Stay up-to-date with employment laws and make recommendations on internal policies accordingly
· They have a responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents/information
Your profile
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR management or related fields
· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar or related position
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
· Solid experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
· Must be proficient in essential office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
· Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
· Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
· Excellent time management skills
